Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Web Chat Associate to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, assistance, and support - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively - Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey information in a concise and engaging manner - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using chat and messaging platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
