Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co is seeking a motivated Web Chat Associate to join our team on a fulltime basis, working from home in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, no years of experience are required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via web chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to power and telecommunication products. 3. Research and provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively. 5. Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex problems and ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. 3. Driven and reliable with a passion for customer service. 4. Basic knowledge of power and telecommunication products is a plus. 5. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
