Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and independent Web Chat Manager to join our team at Dallah Healthcare Company in Mecca, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing web chat platforms effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our web chat platform, ensuring smooth and efficient communication with customers. 2. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement through web chat. 3. Training and guiding a team of web chat operators to deliver outstanding service and support. 4. Monitoring and analyzing web chat data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborating with other departments to integrate web chat into overall customer service strategies. 6. Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and implementing new technologies to improve web chat performance. 7. Providing regular reports and updates on web chat metrics and KPIs to senior management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2. Proven track record of managing web chat platforms effectively. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. 4. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. 5. Experience working in a diverse and inclusive environment. 6. Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results. 7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 8. Proficiency with web chat software and other relevant tools.
