Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Savola Group is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Web Chat Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and be committed to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet established performance goals and metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a minimum of 4 years. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage people and customer relationships. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Adaptability and a strong work ethic.
