Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through our online chat platform to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Offer product recommendations and information to potential customers - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues as needed - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build rapport with customers - Document all interactions and keep accurate records of customer information - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Independent and dedicated work ethic - Persuasion skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other communication tools - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of chat interactions
