Remote Web Chat Specialist

At Herfy Food Services Co, we are seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through web chat - Assist customers with orders, product information, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to promote products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions

Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills and the ability to lead conversations effectively - Experience working in a remote customer service role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in web chat platforms and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
