Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This is an entry-level position, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through our web chat platform in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and motivated personality traits - Strong communication and presentation skills - Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
