Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality and efficiency - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using web chat platforms - Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
