Plans customer visits, takes pre-orders, partially merchandises, and monitors customers’ performances and collecting company dues from the customers.
- Achieve targeted Sales Value & Volume through the daily customer visit according to the journey plan and target shared and agreed with the management.
- Reach and to and re-Active Non-Active customer to ensure expansion and profitability.
- Monitoring and auditing customers stock level and stock freshness and ensure company product damage and expiry will remain within the normal and agreed market norm.
- Build and Maintain relationship with customer through regular visit, follow up and exceptional customer service.
- Update the sales supervisor on the sales performance and activity through the daily reports
- Improve Company Products and Brands OSA, SOS & BDA Compliance
- Ensure to implement and execute all the Tread Marketing activity following the role and guidelines of our Tread marketing & Brand owners.
- Tracking and monitoring point-of-sales materials and secondary displays.
- Report all the competitors activity in the Market.
