Job Description
The job holder will oversee the provision of services to clients by ensuring a business can provide good customer service and continually assess the quality of its products and services. The responsibilities of the role are detailed below:
- Managing budgets, monitor overall progress of projects, correct errors, and lead teams.
- Identifying improvement areas within a business and recommend ways to increase productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
- Ensure that staff members take action to implement these solutions to upgrade service delivery.
- Regularly prepare progress reports on a company's service delivery and present them to the management team.
- Take responsibility for service delivery performance, incidents, and client expectations.
- Understanding current projects in the Digital Transformation unit and managing the budgets a team requires to complete their work successfully.
- The job holder will be expected to try to reduce costs to improve a company's financial status while maintaining client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or electronics-related field.
- Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
- Previous experience for same role or similar job such as Head of PMO
- PMP certified is a must.
- Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing.
- Experience in managing the delivery of mega project and prestigious customers.
- Good computer skills and the ability to use business support software.
- Excellent customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
- Good resource planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
