Shared services Analyst Facilities

The Shared services Analyst develops and maintains databases related to facilities operational support including facilities inventory, facility condition assessment, building systems life cycle costs, scheduled and planned maintenance.

Duties

• Develops and manages the Client s inventory, including room ownership, size.
• Analyzes data and coordinates with others on proposed future space use based on facilities inventory data, room usage, and Client space demands.
• Develops and manages the center3 facilities condition assessment, including auditing all building systems, documenting their condition, projecting their expected useful life.
• Manage daily O&M operations & tasks.
• Follow up for security services , visit permission requests.
• Work with security guards ensuring that everything is working.
• Must have knowledge on Microsoft office.

Experience : Fresh – 1 Year

Major : Civil Engineer , Mechanical Engineer , Electrical Engineer , Supply Chain.

Nationality : Saudi
