Insomnia Cookies is one of the fastest growing, late-night, sweet indulgence companies in the country, and we are set to open our newest store in Johnson City later this month! At the present time, we are actively interviewing Shift Leaders for our ETSU store located at 1735 W State of Franklin Rd.As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" (and beyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift.
