The Role:

Project Executive

• Act as an assisting Project Manager for custom projects, coordinating with the marketing team, event programming team and operations team to keep event projects on track and to desired outcome
• Work and help manage additional projects such as the investor programme
• Coordinate Project management systems, procedures and processes that have been developed in conjunction with the Special projects Director, to ensure the department meets previously agreed upon deadlines for the programming, marketing, and production of events
• Manage and direct staff onsite and staff operations processes where applicable
• Coordinateexisting custom event delivery with the Special Projects team, Marketing Manager and Event Manager based in Riyadh
• Coordinate& direct onsite staff & team members to ensure successful event delivery

Production and Speaker Management

• Support the marketing function including content for web design and build, delegate recruitment via invitations and registrations, branding etc when required
• Support the marketing, programming & operations elements of event delivery and acting as client point of contact for custom projects where necessary
• Ensuring the smooth execution of event production and logistics to accomplish the goals of the Events business, in support of the conference producer of the events
• Manage VIPs and senior stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner throughout the lifecycle of the events
• Assist managementof speakers’ assets from point of confirmation to final delivery of presentations and content
• Where necessary manage speaker logistics leading up to the event

• On leaving the company - paid flight home for you and end of service gratuity payment (if applicable)

• Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents)
• Relocation costs to cover a hotel room – up to 30 days (single / family room), & Excess baggage allowance of up to SAR 1500
