Job Description - Technician, Service Operation Specialized in Fiber cabling

  • Establishes voice and data cabling by running, pulling, terminating, and splicing cables; installing telecommunications equipment, routers, switches, multiplexors, cable trays and carrying out site surveys.
  • Deliver the End User IT Communication Equipment's such as IP Phones.
  • Provide End User with a Physical Network Connection.
  • Preparing and maintaining the complete documentation of both Fiber and UTP cabling and frequently updating AS Built drawings to reflect the most current picture.
  • Guiding and accompanying vendors for site surveys.
    Commissioning and witnessing site testing.
    Participate in on-call support if required and technical evaluation of vendors technical proposals.
    Timely service fulfillment and incident resolution as per SLA
