Vending machine technician / operator

Job Description

• Installation : Setting up new vending machines at various locations, ensuring they are properly connected and functioning correctly.
• Maintenance : Regularly inspecting vending machines to identify any issues or potential problems. This may involve cleaning, lubricating moving parts, and performing routine maintenance tasks to keep machines in good working order.
• Repair : Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions or breakdowns in vending machines. This could involve replacing faulty components, fixing wiring issues, or troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Restocking : Refilling vending machines with products when inventory runs low. Technicians may also be responsible for rotating stock to ensure that products are fresh and removing any expired items.
• Upgrades and Modifications : Installing upgrades or making modifications to vending machines to improve functionality, security, or efficiency.
• Customer Service : Responding to service calls from customers who encounter problems with vending machines, and providing assistance and support to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management : Monitoring inventory levels and reporting on product sales to ensure that vending machines are stocked appropriately with popular items.
• Documentation : Maintaining detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including documenting any parts replaced or repairs made.
