Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Bawan Company. This is a remote work position based in Riyadh, SA. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer service - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet and exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an online chat environment - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers - Resilient and able to handle difficult or challenging customer interactions with grace and professionalism - Strong analytical skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues - High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and understand their needs - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote work environment - Proficient in using web chat software and multitasking during high-volume chat sessions
