Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via online chat - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Proactively engage with customers to offer assistance and support - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and targets - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures
