We are looking for a dedicated and driven Web Chat Associate to join our team at Dallah Healthcare Company. This position will be based remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our web chat platform - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and technical support - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate through written chat - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for customers - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
