Web Chat Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team at Saudi Aramco. This position offers remote work, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide assistance and resolve issues. 2. Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Utilize research skills to find solutions to complex customer problems. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong research skills and ability to think innovatively to solve customer issues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Proficient in computer software and web-based applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
