Job Description - Admin Clerk / Secretary

We are looking for experienced Filipino candidates for the post of Admin Clerk /Secretary with relevant qualification and experience to work in Saudi Aramco Project. 11. Iqama Transferable (Yes/No) : Min Qualification for Admin Clerk : Shall have good English grammar and composition, including fluency in reading and writing in English, and the ability to type 45 words per minute on a word processor at 95% accuracy. Shall have a high school diploma/certificate and experience in Microsoft Word and Excel. Shall have knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience of clerical work Min Qualification for Secretary : Shall have good knowledge of modern office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment. Must be fluent in English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Proven ability to type 60 words per minute on word processor and take shorthand at speed of 100 words per minute. Shall have sound knowledge of Microsoft-Office and other computer applications. Ability to operate a personal computer to access email, electronic calendars, and other basic office support softwares. Shall have a high school diploma/certificate and certificates of one (1) year experience at a secretarial job, preferably as a Department or Division Head Secretarial.
