Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team at the Bloom Company site in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related problems promptly.
Ensure the security of IT systems and data through the implementation of cybersecurity measures.
Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify IT needs and implement solutions.

Qualifications:
