Job Description

As a Learning Solutions Manager, she/he is responsible to assist in the identification, acquisition, and development of external candidates and internal talent in order to provide the organization with the highest level of success.
She/he Strategically drive continuous improvement efforts throughout all aspects of talent development, including creatively discovering talent, executing internal talent education and development programs, and deploying best-in-class strategies in building employee success.
