Job description:
Receiving guests and clients:
- Welcoming guests and recording their entry and exit
- Providing the necessary information to guests about the institution’s services and available facilities
- Effectively address guest inquiries and complaints and resolve issues that may arise Reservation system management:
- Follow up the electronic reservation system and confirm reservations
- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared appropriately Performance monitoring:
- Evaluate the performance of reception staff and submit periodic reports to management
- Ensure that performance objectives and specified service standards are achieved Communication and coordination:
- Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth and consistent workflow
- Communicate with guests before their arrival to confirm reservation details and requested services Cash and invoice management:
- Supervising payment operations and collecting fees from guests
- Prepare invoices and present them to guests upon departure
- Follow up on payments and ensure the accuracy of daily financial accounts Maintain accurate records:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all transactions and procedures
- Updating databases with guest information and reservations Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures:
- Ensure that all reception operations are carried out in accordance with approved policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards Improving guest experience:
- Collect feedback from guests and work to improve the level of service
- Develop initiatives to improve guest experience and increase guest satisfaction Dealing with emergency situations:
- Dealing with any emergency or unexpected situations that occur in the reception area
- Providing support and assistance in emergency situations and ensuring the safety of guests Preparing periodic reports:
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to management on performance, activities and potential problems
- Analyze data and make recommendations to improve operations and services
