Risk Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact our organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the safety and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential risks and evaluate their impact on the organization
2. Develop risk management strategies and plans to minimize potential damage
3. Implement risk management processes and procedures to ensure compliance
4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies
5. Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas of improvement
6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop risk mitigation plans
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management
8. Train and educate employees on risk management policies and procedures
9. Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management
10. Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as insurance providers and auditors

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in risk management
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

6. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
7. Experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies
8. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
9. Proficient in risk assessment tools and software
10. Certifications in risk management or related field is a plus
