Shareholders Affairs Officer

JOB PROFILE/MISSION :

• Keep the records for share-holders in the most proper and secured way with continuous follow up and update

BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES :

• Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information
• Implement safety and environment regulations
• Follow on continuous basis the updated information of the shares and share-holders
• Prepare adjusting entries for the records and implement the adjustments on the company’s database
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Secure all data and information by completing data base back up
• Maintain historical records by filling all necessary documents
• Issue reports that reflect the updated situation
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential

REQUIREMENTS NEEDED FOR THE POSITION :

• Education: Bachelor in accounting / finance
• IFSAH Certificate
• Data entry skills
• General math skills
• Analyzing information
• Knowledge in MS office / ERP systems
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Attention to details
• Communication skills
• Task oriented
• English (reading / good, speaking / good, and writing / good)
