Responsibilities
• Work with guests pre-arrival and in-house to understand preferences and provide recommendations • Coordinate services including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and researching vendors • Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism • Respond to guest requests in a timely manner • Update information on local attractions and establish contacts with vendors • Assist with guest services in the absence of other staff • Provide trouble-shooting support for in-room services • Work closely with Guest Service staff for luggage handling and special requests
