Responsibilities
• Handle all calls for the department and ensure prompt and accurate communication • Delegate work assignments in a timely manner • Oversee day-to-day workflow of the Housekeeping office and maintain service standards • Manage departmental inventory control system • Manage shipping and receiving for Owners, Guests, and Colleagues • Provide administrative support to all areas of the Housekeeping department • Communicate updates and changes with other departments • Address guest concerns and react quickly • Collaborate with Maintenance department for necessary repairs • Balance operational, administrative, and Colleague needs • Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards • Follow safety and sanitation policies • Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing work assignments • Knowledge of inventory control systems and purchasing processes • Ability to address guest concerns and collaborate with other departments • Familiarity with maintenance and repair processes • Ability to balance operational and administrative responsibilities • Adherence to department policies, procedures, and standards • Understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
