Restaurant In-Charge

Location :- Al Madinah Al Munawwarah (No Voice Calls - Send your CV through our official email or WhatsApp ) We are seeking an experienced restaurant In-charge with professionalism and a positive attitude require a person with minimum 2 years working experience in any international branded fast food QSR restaurant. Objectives of this role Maintain a positive restaurant culture. Create work schedules that align with the restaurant’s needs. Ensure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations. Train new employees to help them meet the restaurant’s expectations. Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations. Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs. Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies. Maintain weekly and monthly payroll for staff. Skills and qualifications Bachelor's of science in Hotel and restaurant management or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated customer service skills Understanding of financial management
Strong knowledge of restaurant management Pos software. Ability to memorize and explain the restaurant’s menu. Willingness to work flexible hours. Clear verbal communication skills. Organization skills. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Problem-solving skills. Knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
