JOB PURPOSE

To consistently deliver the Nando’s Experience inaccordance with the Nando’s Brand and Operating Standards ensuring customersatisfaction and profitability.

MAINRESPONSIBILITES

· Assist indeveloping the restaurant budget and ensure its adherence and to verify all daily, monthly and annualreports & paperwork as required have been completed and submitted timeouslyand correctly.

· Ensure efficient stock control managementfor the restaurant, ensure repairs andmaintenance are taking place communicateresults of internal and external audits of the restaurant to the managementteam and develop & manage a corrective action plan to improveresults.

· Communicate and ensure compliance to theNando’s operational standards and operating requirements.

· Develop and monitor rostering on a weeklybasis to ensure sufficient people capacity to meet the business requirements andcomplete, submit and monitor payrollinformation in accordance with relevant legislation and Nando’s policies andprocedures.

· To communicate, execute and evaluate allnational, regional and local marketing campaigns and initiatives.

· Respondto all customer complaints in accordance with the Nando’s policies andprocedures.

· To draw up the community map and localmarketing plan together with the management team.

· Analyse the mystery shopper report, communicate resultsto the management team and develop & manage a corrective action plan to improve results.

· To ensure inductionand training of all new staff according to Nando’s policies and procedures toproactively meet the needs of the business and ensure effective staff development andsuccession planning for the restaurant.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• · Ideal candidate should have an overall 10 years of experience out of which  minimum 2 years as a Restaurant Manage r managing a branded international casual dining restaurant chain.

· Should have good command over English language.

· Ability to speak in Arabic is an advantage.

· Ability to analyze and understand market trends and environment.

· Should have good people management skills.

• Job location - Can be in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar or Dammam.
