Client Liaison Officer

Job brief:

We are seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join our team at QIDDIYA. The Client Liaison Officer, a medical professional, will collaborate closely with the International SOS project management team. Their primary role will involve assisting QIDDIYA employees in navigating the complexities and obstacles of the local healthcare system. Acting as a liaison between patients, hospital staff, clients, and International SOS, the ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of all aspects of the local healthcare system.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with hospital admissions, forms, and translations between Arabic and English.
• Handle communication with QIDDIYA HR or insurance companies.
• Help patients communicate effectively with healthcare providers for informed decision-making.
• Resolve disputes between patients, hospital staff, and employers, escalating unresolved challenges.
• Ensure patients' rights are communicated and upheld.
• Liaise with doctors for updates and higher medical care needs.
• Support patient requests for material assistance (Toiletries, airtime, etc.).
• Collaborate with SMO, Coordinating Doctor, and hospital staff for quality assurance.
• Send concise reports after each patient visit detailing progress, treatment plan, and prognosis.
• Track and report visit data including mileage and expenses.
• Assist within the Response Centre by monitoring and prioritizing caseloads to ensure appropriate case direction and handling.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.

Requirements:

• Medical field Background.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of their specialty area.
• Unrestricted Saudi Driving license.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Full Registration with Saudi Ministry of Health an advantage.
• Remote site experiences an advantage.
