The Ministry of Health (MoH) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is undergoing a National Transformation and Corporatization Program which is focused on transitioning the MoH to be purely a regulator of healthcare. Care delivery will be managed through a network of government-owned Corporations and provided through numerous clusters. The Clusters will be working to transition to become Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This is a long transformational journey over a number of years so a phased approach will be followed to ensure proper planning, preparation and execution of all requirements.

Competencies:
Research and Development: Responsible for coordinating and implementing research and development programs or activities.
Policy and Service Development: Responsible for policy implementation and for discrete policy or service development for a service or more than one area of activity.
Analytical and Judgement: Judgements involving a range of facts or situations, which require analysis or comparison of a range of options.
Planning and Organizing: Planning and organization of a number of complex activities or programs, which require the formulation and adjustment of plans.
Experience:
Ten (10) years’ experience in a secondary or tertiary health care setting, with a minimum of Six (6) years management experience after Bachelor’s Degree
Eight (8) years’ experience in a secondary or tertiary setting, with a minimum of Four (4) years management experience after Master’s Degree.
