Job Description

Collect, manage, and analyse patient data, using health information technology and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and decision-making. Collaborate with IT teams, clinicians, and administrators to ensure seamless system functionality. Analyse existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Educate healthcare staff on using information systems effectively and provide training on EHRs, data entry, and best practices

Data Collection and Analysis

Collect, organize, and analyse healthcare data. They work with electronic health records (EHRs), patient information, and other relevant data sources. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from the data to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and decision-making

Improvement

Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. By streamlining processes, they enhance efficiency and reduce administrative burdens. Workflow optimization contributes to better patient experiences and resource utilization

Coordination

Coordinating and directing all facets of the problem management effort and may also delegate subtasks to other team members as they see fit

Project Management

Manage projects related to system upgrades, software implementations, and data migrations

Skills

Experience in managing and implementing projects Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant service field
