Job Description - Project Manager - Healthcare Technology

Job Overview


Oversee and manage the operational aspects of projects and programs. Work with various client and IQVIA departments (technical and administrative) to ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with mutually agreed SOPs, policies and practices between client and Iqvia. Act as a point of contact for the client in the day-to-day engagement across projects and initiatives


Essential Functions


  • Serve as the point of contact for the client for the identified projects and workstreams
  • Day-to-day engagement with client on the various workstreams and projects that are active
  • Create, track and report on project timelines
  • Responsibility for reporting on the project including tracking deliverables and invoicing
  • Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organization.
  • Meet with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Lead problem solving and resolution efforts with the client.
  • Produce and provide inputs on potential risks, improvement areas and best practices of client engagement for further institutionalizing
  • Provide input into project proposals and RFPs
  • Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements based on learnings from the projects/ workstreams owned
  • Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
  • Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics.
  • Work with junior team members for knowledge transfer and upskilling

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience on AIML or healthcare technology projects preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good judgment
  • Ability to work with minimal direction
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
