Job Description - Guest Experience Supervisor

Our client, a luxurious 5-star deluxe hotel, is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to ensure exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the guest relations team and ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with utmost professionalism and care. You will work closely with the front office team, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay. If you have a passion for delivering unparalleled guest service, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train the guest relations team to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Monitor guest feedback and take appropriate action to address any concerns or issues
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and special requests
  • Handle guest complaints and find appropriate solutions to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and VIP arrangements
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Guest Experience Supervisor or similar role in a 5-star hotel
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Benefits Basic Salary: SAR 5,500 - SAR 6,500 Accommodation: Sharing Room (2 persons on each room) Transportation: Provided by the hotel Vacation per year: 21 days + Public Holidays Flight ticket: Yearly flight ticket to home country Medical: Medical insurance covered by the hotel.
