Responsibilities
• Create and update training programs for different departments within the hotel • Improve employee skills, knowledge, and overall service quality • Manage onboarding process for new employees • Develop systems for assessing employee performance and providing feedback • Ensure employees are trained on and adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices • Monitor effectiveness of training programs and prepare reports • Align existing training programs with key business indicators • Set clear guidelines for employee expectations • Create specialized training programs to enhance service performance • Uphold IHG and brand values throughout training and development
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR/Training field • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency
