Loss Prevention Supervisor

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre is looking for Saudi Nationals*.

The Role of Loss Prevention Supervisor:

The Loss Prevention Supervisor supports the Loss Prevention Assistant Manager and actively participates in and oversees the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees and property. We are looking for an individual who is a skilled problem solver with a high attention to detail, and a high sense of ethics and honesty. The ability to think and act quickly in the event of an emergency is essential.
The Loss Prevention Supervisor position involves a large amount of contact with guests, local law enforcement and other resort employees, so excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills are required. As this position is physical in nature, candidates must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.

Our Ideal Loss Prevention candidate will have:

Loss Prevention supervisory experience in luxury hotel operations along with certifications/experience in CPR, first aid, fire prevention, and property protection. It is important to us that you have the highest level of integrity, an eye for detail, a collaborative nature and the ability to exercise independent judgment. You should have strong problem-solving, decision making, and conflict resolution skills, the ability to deliver reports, facilitate training, and have exceptional presentation, communication and writing skills.
