Education and training:
Degree in culinary art or pastry field. Obtaining a higher degree or advanced training courses in the field of pastry enhances employment opportunities.
Experience:
Extensive experience in preparing and implementing a variety of pastry products at executive level. The required experience can range from 5 to 10 years.
Innovation:
Ability to develop and implement new dishes and pastry products and periodically renew the menu.
Supervision and leadership:
Ability to manage and direct a work team and motivate and direct the team to achieve goals and comply with quality standards.
Commitment to cleanliness:
