1. GULF EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
2. Project Management : Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Resource Management : Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure project progress according to schedule and budget.
4. Quality Assurance : Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
