Primary Objectives
• Develop an annual program of compliance activities with location leadership. This should align with the regional compliance roadmap.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and workshops. Including regular topics for procurement team and leadership.
• Review procurement processes and identify opportunities to strengthen controls to prevent ethical issues.
• Assist with ethics investigations in Saudi Arabia, and the development and application of an investigation methodology that is compliant with applicable Saudi Legislation and Worley Values.
• Drive completion of conflict of interest declarations, educate leadership regarding trends and how to manage them.
• Promote the gift register and monitor it s use.
• Support location in delivering annual code of conduct training.
• Interface with Customer and their compliance requirements / program.
• Participate as a member of the global Compliance team.
Qualification.
• A lawyer with previous experience in employment law, either Saudi trained, or able to work with local external solicitors to develop the required Saudi Legal system methodology for misconduct/values breaches contraventions and consequence management
• Significant experience in corporate compliance / Worley systems
• Self-motivated with demonstrated communication, team building and client relationship skills
• Abilit y to communicate clearly at all levels, set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, estimate times and schedule activities, identify, and allocate resources
• Abilit y to adapt to and promote organizational change where desired
• Ability provide an efficient and effective service within the Location whilst maintaining adherence to Compliance and Corporate standards and Values, and play an advocacy role for those standards and Values
• Abilit y to co-ordinate overall training plans
• Problem solving

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Abilit y to manage conflict
• Abilit y to reinforce rules and recognizing good performance i.e. Health, quality and safety
• Excellent writing and analytical skills and the ability to write non-judgmentally on the outcomes of evidence based investigations
• Maintain & foster relationships & contacts
• Strong understanding of & adherence to Anti Briber y & Corruption laws
• Strong coaching & mentoring skills
• Abilit y to form & foster collaborative relationships within the business and externally
• Abilit y to work under pressure and perform steadil y during peak workload
