Electrical Supervisor.

We are looking to Hire a Electrical Supervisor for Our Construction Company. As an Electrical Supervisor in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical operations and ensuring the successful completion of electrical projects. Your role will involve leading a team of electrical technicians, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Your expertise as an Electrical Supervisor will contribute to delivering high-quality electrical services to our clients and maintaining the reliability and functionality of electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
• Plan, organize, and assign daily tasks and projects to the electrical team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with the Electrical Manager, project managers, and other department supervisors to ensure effective collaboration and resource allocation.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure that electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs are performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in the procurement of electrical materials, components, and equipment as required for projects.
• Provide technical guidance and assistance to the electrical team in troubleshooting complex electrical issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the electrical team, providing feedback, training, and development opportunities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical activities, including inspections, maintenance, repairs, and project progress.
• Collaborate with the Electrical Manager and other supervisors to ensure effective internal communication and coordination of electrical activities.
• Interact with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities regarding electrical requirements, technical queries, and issue resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile • Minimum: 2 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in electrical projects.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar position in electrical projects.
• Minimum: Basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Preferred: Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as additional languages relevant to the local business environment.

Technical Competencies:
• Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair practices.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems, lighting systems, control panels, and electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, electrical codes, industry standards, and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Understanding of project management principles and practices.
