Job description / Role

Projects : Transmission & Distribution - Power Infrastructure/Dry Utilities Responsibilities - Market development across Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy, Gas Processing, Urban Energy, and Dry Utility sectors - Maintaining existing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Delivering Energy Sector projects with global team assistance - Maintaining technical standards and Quality Assurance Management System requirements - Reviewing and approving functional deliverables for internal and external use - Developing staff through training, career planning, and professional standards - Ensuring documentation, reporting, and communication meet quality standards - Mentoring and challenging graduates, guiding them towards Professional Registration - Continuous professional development to stay updated on technical advancements - Offering clients innovative technical solutions - Participating as a technical resource in global projects and supporting other regions as needed at a management level Skills: - Client Management - Project Management - Design & Delivery - Team Leadership - Quality Assurance KPI's - Project delivery - achieving milestones - Driving technical excellence and innovation - Staff utilization - Integration into the Global Energy team - Understanding of operational and project contractual arrangements - Building cohesive, results-oriented teams for project delivery - Implementation of project management and company procedures - Quality of reports and project output

Requirements

Requirements - Bachelor's or Masters in Engineering Degree - Electrical, from accredited university - 20+ years' practical experience in the Power Sector - 5+ years' experience in the Middle East (preferred) - Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC) and/or Registered Electrical Energy Manager (REEM) - Technical leadership in Transmission/Distribution Systems and Renewable Energy - Project Management skills in various projects, PMP preferred - Proficiency in design software and project delivery - Strong leadership, communication, and team management - Experience in large electrical design projects and Government standards
