Enterprise Resources Planning

Job Summary:

As an ERP Specialist you will be responsible to integrate our Odoo ERP software and supporting the team to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our ERP systems and deploying and implementing suitable ERP modules. The ideal candidate will exhibit extensive knowledge of ERP infrastructure & modules and will have the ability to resolve integration issues.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis
   and consultation
2. Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing ERP system enhancements
3. Writing customized programs and scripts for developers, as well as configuring ERP applications
4. Developing user-friendly functionalities and interfaces
5. Performing diagnostic tests for new modules, customization and resolving issues
   to optimize performance
6. Providing technical support and training for ERP end-users
7. Preparing development progress updates and documenting ERP processes
8. Ensure system safety, security, and backups
9. Keeping abreast of the latest ERP updates

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in management information system (MIS), information technology (IT), computer science (CS) or a related field
• Certification in ERP systems: Odoo, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamic or others
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ERP specialist
• Knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages, business processes, and ERP applications
• Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
