Summary
Provides the required support to the Government Relations Department in the planning, direction, organizing and coordinating the overall activities and functions to achieve its mission, goals and objectives and to enhance its existing systems, process and productivity.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
• Developsworks assignments and establishes work priorities and ensures a smoothtransition of work between the various functions of the section. Prepare andsubmits relevant periodical clear and concise reports.
• InterpretsGovernment s and Hospital s policies and procedures for the section, trainssubordinates, reviews quality of work being completed.
• Responsiblefor employees and dependents Passport/Iqamas taken to Riyadh Passport Administrationfor all required transactions.
• Ensuresall processes related to new/renewal of Residence Permits, replacement oflost/damaged Residence Permits, Exit & Re-Entry/Visitor Visas, Exit-OnlyVisas, Birth Certificates for Hospital employees, Transfer of Passportinformation from old/cancelled passport to a new one. Certification ofDeparture, transfer of sponsorship, new/renewal of passports of Saudiemployees, services to foreign embassies.
• Ensuresproper logging, safekeeping and maintenance of all passports received, and theissuance and renewal of residence permits as required.
• Maintaina good relationship with all related Governmental Agencies. Resolves anyproblems related to employee passport with government offices.
• Assistsin the development, implementation, monitoring and updating of the goals,objectives, policies and procedures.
• Assistswith the preparation & submission of official applications/forms, and therequired follow-up procedures for various official permits.
• Assiststhe preparations of the monthly reports on: residency permits that are due forrenewal and other operational activities.
• Twentyfour (24) hours coverage of emergency cases and other passport related matters.
• Follows all Hospital s relatedPolicies and Procedures.
Education
Bachelor s Degree in PublicRelation, Business Administration , Human Resources Management, or otherrelated discipline is required.
Experience Required
Five(5) years of related experience is required.
