Job Description & Summary
A career in Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. In this role, you will work with HC Ops, HCBLs, CoEs and other stakeholders to implement the Policies and Compliance strategy and relationship between PwC and our employees. Ensure that transparent practices are in place and relevant laws in terms of policies, compliance, exit interviews, grievances, conflicts, problem resolution, and local GPS action plans.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HC Policy, Compliance and Employee Relations Manager to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex issues. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Requirements, Skills, Abilities
6 – 8 years of experience in HC and/or similar role with the ability to enable results through others.
At least 3 years managing complex employment cases including close collaboration with the legal team.
Excellent command of the english language (written and spoken)
Hands-on experience with regional labor laws.
Experience developing wellbeing initiatives is a plus.
Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements.
Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant details
Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
