Role Purpose
The Manager - Performance and Analytics is a senior-level role that plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various aspects of performance management, analytics, and strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust KPI tracking and delivery framework, fostering a performance culture within the organization, and ensuring effective budget management for the company (OPEX, CAPEX). Within the team responsibilities fall as well long-term financial modelling and all related complexities in creating a company and scaling this to a multi-billion Sar operation. The Manager will oversee the Business Modeler and possess expertise in scaling through partnerships and setting up KPI frameworks in a holding company context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement a comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking system.
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance against targets.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of KPI results to senior management.
- Promote a performance-driven culture within the organization by engaging employees around KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Drive discipline in benefits delivery by closely monitoring progress on strategic initiatives.
- Establish and maintain governance processes to support the benefits delivery cycle.
- Develop outlines and content for presentations to be delivered during board meetings and senior stakeholder engagements.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for presentations.
- Ensure presentations effectively communicate strategic objectives and results.
- Oversee budget management for both Operational Expenditures (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) related to projects.
- Collaborate with finance and project teams to align budgets with strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on budget variances, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in long-term financial planning by translating it into actionable milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop short-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the Business Modeler to refine and execute the long-term strategy.
- Develop and maintain financial and operational models to support decision-making.
- Allocate resources based on KPI performance and strategic priorities.
- Ensure resource allocation is aligned with KPI targets and objectives.
- Leverage expertise in scaling through partnerships to identify and nurture strategic collaborations that drive business growth.
- Evaluate potential partnership opportunities and assess their alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that enhance the company's competitive advantage.
- Implement a tailored KPI framework that aligns with the unique structure and needs of a holding company.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of KPIs across subsidiary companies within the holding structure.
- Monitor and report on KPI performance at both the holding and subsidiary levels.
