Mechanical Engineer Manager

The Mechanical Engineer Manager will oversee a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and leading a team of mechanical engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support
• Developing and implementing engineering strategies and objectives to meet company goals
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
• Overseeing the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with 2 years in a managerial role
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical systems and components
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proven track record of project management and successful team leadership
