Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Principal Specialist Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial operations, particularly focusing on intercompany transactions and regulatory adherence. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating all intercompany transactions to ensure consistency with company policies and local regulations, including E-invoicing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Review intercompany transactions and ensure all supporting documentation is consistent with company policy and local regulations to include E-invoicing.
• Demonstrate a vigilant attention to detail to ensure financial transactions are correct and documented as required by internal policies and in compliance the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
• Analyze historical transaction data and collaborate with the Corporate Accounting team to settle intercompany transactions timely.
• Develop and prepare summarizations of SAP system accounting data for VAT / withholding tax documentation, reconciliations, and audit.
• Perform various activities related to month end close – settlement of intercompany accounts, reconciliations, reporting, and confirmations.
• Maintain strong compliance with internal controls and processes and train the broader RTNSA community on these processes as required.
• Identify and pursue process improvement opportunities within the department, with an emphasis on intercompany compliance.
• Collaborate with our E-invoicing service provider to ensure compliance with KSA Regulations regarding outgoing invoices.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic Preferred.
• Must have valid SOCPA Membership
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Qualifications We Value:

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system.
• Standards IFRS & USGAAP.
• MBA, or CMA a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with coworkers from diverse communities and cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues who represent a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles.
