Job Description
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Overview: We are currently seeking talented individuals who are Saudi nationals to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In line with our commitment to supporting local talent and contributing to the development of the Saudi workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's needs. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a crucial role in driving recruitment strategies, building relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and other creative methods to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to determine their suitability for available positions.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates on their application status, soliciting feedback, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization's employer brand through various channels, highlighting our culture, values, and employee value proposition to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track key recruitment metrics, and generate reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure alignment between talent acquisition efforts and business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (IT Industry), with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various functions and levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing techniques, interview methods, and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software/tools.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
