Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients within the corporate and government sectors.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized catering solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing Dana's unique offerings and competitive advantages.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Manage and forecast sales pipelines, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and project execution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments such as Operations, Chefs, and Logistics to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities in industrial areas, tailoring catering solutions to specific needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
