Responsibilities
• Address and tackle constraints in the system through benchmarking analysis. • Review and recommend mitigation measures for downstream facilities. • Identify value-driven opportunities to enhance profitability. • Evaluate growth project proposals and JV offtake arrangements. • Assist in technical evaluation and economic justification of capital programs. • Perform system and economic evaluations of existing and potential facilities. • Conduct refinery and petrochemical complex integration improvement studies. • Prepare and make presentations to Corporate Management. • Mentor junior engineering talent. • Educate and train workforce through development programs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in business optimization for chemicals and refining projects. • Excellent understanding of financial analysis and valuation methodologies. • Expertise in international business and cross-cultural professional practices.
